Introduction
Our client was recently starting a new company in the real estate sector. We had a few requests to tackle:
- Create branding and identity for the new company
- Build a responsive website for customers to visit and inquire
- Create print collateral for marketing
Process
Our client requested branding to be done for their current business, Cash Houses. The company purchased home seller's and property owners to see their home/property for cash. Some of our goals for the project were:
- Study current related businesses and research how they market themselves
- Design a logo with the current business owner that they are proud of
- Gauge colors, verbiage, and marketing material to the desired market
Rebranding to CHILPA Fortunes
Our client changed their business name during the project. We adapted to the client's circumstances and knew they wanted to keep the same art direction - a huge compliment to us. We created the new branding for CHILPA Fortunes and it currently operates as we left it and continue to maintain it.
